Chapter Street • BRAND CONCEPT & 360 COPY
I once had the privilege of building brands for, well, buildings. From concepting the name and personality, to creating a suite of beautiful sales prompts and stretching my long-copy muscles – and of course the mag ads – this experience was a chance to dip my toe in the lap of luxury. And Chapter Street was one of my favourites.
I persuaded the client to step away from your classic property brochure and create a connection with the community – to give potential buyers a taste of the Pimlico lifestyle. I outlined the content, interviewed the people, and wrote the every page, which was then bound in tailor-cut leather. Chapter Street really came into its own, a property that is quiet and gentle, in a delightfully understated area.
The interviews were a highlights, being able to find business owners and walk the streets to get to know the area myself. They added a point of difference to the standard property brochure, offering buying a truer taste of how life could look at Chapter Street.
Below, you can find a few copy samples or flick through key pages from brochure.
I always like to bring the brochure along to any introductory meetings or interviews.
