Fintech is a competitive world and Zilch are shaking up Buy Now, Pay Later (BNPL).

I had the joy of working with the Head of Brand and Head of Design to suss out this double-unicorn’s brand personality, massive US launch, and get into the nitty gritty of writing for their brand book, US and recruitment sites and the Zilch app. A critical part of this was creating a master messaging doc to become their copy glossary, bringing that lovely consistency.
