ROYAL BOROUGH OF GREENWICH KNIFE FREE

And London Post

Every 8 weeks someone dies due to knife crime in Greenwich. But β€˜Big Dreams’ hopes to strike a nerve by focussing on lost dreams, not faceless data.

It was a real honour to concept, write and develop this script. We wanted to create something that would connect with young men on the edge of knife crime as well as their families, friends and communities affected.

The twisted match cut presented a smooth and impactful way to bookend our narrative, as we start to build a relationship with our main character, before realising his dreams won’t become a reality.
